Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Pure Organism website, identification service, account, credits, and membership.

Acceptance and operator

These terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Pure Organism when you create an account or use the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions may be sent to support@pureorganism.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded by these terms.

Service and eligibility

Pure Organism provides AI-assisted organism identification, history, and membership credits. You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter these terms in your location.

Accounts and credits may not be resold, shared at scale, automated through unauthorized clients, or used to bypass service limits.

Identification limitations

Results are probabilistic and based on the visible information in an image. They may be incomplete or wrong and must not be treated as a medical diagnosis, toxicity guarantee, edibility decision, pest-control instruction, or substitute for a qualified local expert.

Do not touch, consume, relocate, or handle an organism solely because of a result from this service.

Membership and credits

One identification normally reserves one credit. A failed analysis returns the reserved credit. Subscription credits are added only after Pure Organism receives a verified successful-payment event from Creem.

Creem is the merchant of record for live purchases. Memberships renew according to the price, interval, tax, and cancellation terms shown at checkout until canceled. The billing portal is the primary place to manage payment methods, invoices, cancellation, and eligible refund requests.

Your content and service rights

You retain rights you hold in submitted images. You grant Pure Organism a limited license to host, copy, transmit, analyze, and delete those images only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You must have permission to submit each image.

Pure Organism, its software, branding, interface, and original service content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not grant a right to copy, resell, or create an unauthorized competing service from them.

Account security and termination

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may stop using the service and request deletion from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, prohibited use, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements, while preserving records that must be retained.

Availability and enforcement

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service from abuse, security threats, excessive cost, or prohibited content. We may change models or features when needed to maintain quality and availability.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every request will be available, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Liability, disputes, and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Pure Organism is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from reliance on an identification result, interrupted availability, or unauthorized use outside these terms. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Before starting a formal dispute, contact support@pureorganism.com so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and forum depend on the service operator and mandatory rules in the user's location. We may update these terms prospectively and will publish a new effective date for material changes.
