Acceptable Use Policy
These rules protect users, organisms, habitats, service providers, and the reliability of Pure Organism.
Allowed use
You may submit images you are authorized to use for personal learning, field observation, education, research support, and other lawful identification purposes.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not submit illegal content, intimate imagery, images used to identify or track people, malware disguised as files, or content that infringes privacy, copyright, or other rights.
Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, share credentials, resell access, or use automated systems without written permission.
Harm prevention
Do not use results to facilitate wildlife trafficking, cruelty, unlawful collection, poisoning, invasive release, or other harm to people, animals, habitats, or protected species.
Enforcement
We may reject content, limit requests, remove stored material, suspend accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
