Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how failed credits, Test Mode payments, cancellations, and live refund requests are handled.

Test Mode

Payments marked as Test Mode are simulations and do not create a real charge or a refundable payment.

Failed identification requests

If an identification request fails before a valid result is recorded, its reserved credit is returned automatically. This is a credit reversal rather than a cash refund.

Paid memberships

For live purchases, contact support@pureorganism.com within 14 days of the initial charge with the account email and transaction details. We review requests under applicable consumer law, the amount of service already used, and the checkout terms shown by Creem.

Renewal charges and cancellations are managed through the billing portal. Canceling prevents future renewal according to the displayed billing terms but does not automatically reverse a completed charge.

Abuse and disputes

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, account sharing, automated abuse, prohibited use, or an attempt to retain consumed benefits after a reversal. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
